In the interest of full disclosure, I have never played the tables at Bally's and won which probably influences what I have to say below. If you have won big at Bally's then you probably feel differently. The Pros of Bally's Casino Bally's is a nice place to stay if you are looking for good-sized comfortable rooms that are centrally located on the strip that do not cost an arm and a leg. The few times I have stayed at Bally's I have loved the little sleep I got, and did not feel the ache in my legs that I get when staying on the far ends of the strip. The Cons of Bally's Casino The place does not have a lot of atmosphere, and I personally will never gamble there again. I have gotten killed playing at Bally's, and never so much as had a laugh or got a smile from a dealer while being beaten down. If you are going to take all my money at least let me enjoy it. There is not much to do there outside of gambling except to walk over to its sister casino Paris. Their food, bars, and other non gambling stuff is serviceable and in some respects I get the feeling that Bally's is now just an overflow hotel for the Paris casino.
