Dear Parent/Guardian:

Welcome to another exciting season with the SCCAAMFL.  We will be once again be playing at MinchPark in Parkesburg.  Football and Cheerleading registration for the 2009 season will be as follows:

Tues/Thurs(6pm – 8pm)  July 14, 16, 21, 23

Saturdays(10am – 12pm) July 18, 25

The final sign up date for returning players and cheerleaders is July 23rd.

All eligible players must have been born after August 1, 1995.

Birth Certificate is required.

Flag Football Player 5-6 years old.

 Juniors 7-10  years old 50-100lbs.

Seniors 11-13 years old or 101-160lbs.

Registration Fee:  $80.00 first player

$40.00 for each additional player

Flay Football Fee: $35.00

Pizza/Cookie Requirements:  Minimum of 6 kits sold or fundraiser buyout of $50.00

 All players are responsible for lost or damaged equipment.

All football players are required to purchase their own girdle.

Girdles are available through the league for $10.00.

All cheerleaders are required to purchase their own bloomers.

Bloomers are available through the league for $10.00.

All male football players are required to wear an athletic supporter.

Mouth guards are available through the league for $1.50.

Parents are asked to read and sign the code of conduct. 

There are no refunds after sign ups.

Parents are responsible for notifying the league committee of any injuries the child has.

In the event of a medical emergency, I give the SCCAAMFL permission to transport my child to the nearest emergency facility.  I also agree not to hold the SCCAAMFL liable and its committee members in the event of any injury of accident.
